$ git clone git://github.com/technoweenie/restful-authentication.git vendor/plugins/restful_authentication # まだ、ファイル/ディレクトリ名にハイフン入ってるとダメなのか?
$ script/plugin install git://github.com/timcharper/role_requirement.git
$ ruby script/plugin install git://github.com/jviney/acts_as_taggable_on_steroids.git # ホントにgitが最新なのか?


つうか、ね?
ホントはpluginじゃなくって、gemでインスコしたいんだけれども。
acts_as_taggable_on_steroidsとか、gemでもあるんだけど、さあ...
